Collection Policy

Acceptable Items

We accept the following types of books:

• Hardcover books
• Paperback books
• Children's books
• Textbooks
• Educational materials
• Reference books

Items We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept the following items:

• Water damaged or moldy books
• Books with missing pages or covers
• Books with excessive writing or highlighting
• Outdated technical manuals
• Newspapers

Collection Process

• Schedule a collection time through our booking system
• Pack books in boxes or sturdy bags
• Ensure books are easily accessible for collection

After Collection

Books are sorted then sold, donated or recycled depending on their best use.
